WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
Hey there!
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days, though sometimes there can be unexpected delays. Usually, deliveries take about 2-3 weeks, but please keep in mind these are just estimates and not set in stone.
Factors like the delivery destination, shipping carrier issues, holidays, weather, or incorrect shipping address information can sometimes cause delays, but we'll always keep you updated.
Depending on our inventory, some items might ship directly from our warehouse or from other warehouses overseas.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you happen to input the wrong address and the item has already shipped, we won't be able to take responsibility. Please make sure to update any address changes before your item is shipped.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return request for any reason and won't consider return requests if the item(s) haven't been delivered to the customer.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy! Just contact us at care@pixelperfectessentials.com. To expedite the process, please upload a high quality photo of the item you are returning. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method or given a gift card for store credit, depending on the situation. Please remember that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we aren’t doing exchanges at this time due to shipping restrictions with our suppliers.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
